Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, select your desired size and colour, add the items to your bag, and click 'Order on WhatsApp'. This will open a WhatsApp chat with your complete order details ready to send. Our team will verify fabric availability and confirm your order directly with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once we confirm availability on WhatsApp, we share direct UPI payment details (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfer details. We verify payment before dispatching your garment.
Sizing & Customization
Can I customize the stitching or measurements?
Yes! Many of our pieces are made to order or available semi-stitched. When confirming your order on WhatsApp, you can share your exact bust, waist, hip, and length measurements with our master tailor.
What is the difference between a Garara and a Sharara?
A garara is fitted from the waist to just above the knee (the 'ruku' or 'gote' band) and flares out dramatically from the knee down. A sharara flares out continuously right from the waist or upper thigh like a wide divided skirt.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 days and delivered within 4 to 7 working days across India. Custom-stitched bridal sets take approximately 2 to 3 weeks depending on embroidery density.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International shipping rates and custom duties are calculated and confirmed directly with you on WhatsApp.
